We got a superior room, but was still granted a nice view of the Eiffel tower from our room. The room was beautiful and spacious. The location is fantastic! A few steps away from luxury brand shops and tourist sites.

Beside the hotel has a vietnamese food restaurant, has a supermarket nearby too. This was our first time at this hotel and believe me The view was absolutely the best you could ask for, some of my photos look like postcards. The room size was was exactly what we were expecting The room was very large Plenty of room, just how it looks on line. Very pleased and woul Very pleased and would stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is just excellent for all tourist attraction, shopping and the proximity to the Louvre makes this hotel magic.
I stayed in a double room , nice and clean and comfy bed , but only negative was size. Next time I will book a superior room - double room is very small - but quite fine.
Also I was missing a business center and a Also I was missing a business center and a possibility to log on the web - My phone broke during the stay and there was no way to log on anywhere to the web mail. My only suggestion to the hotel for improvement is to maybe have a stationary computer in the sitting area - it helps in emergencies and if you have large attachments to read etc when on a b trip.

For a first time in Paris this was an excellent base for these Aussie visitors. Our room was very 'french' the staff very helpful, the hotel breakfast our first choice each day, the shops and cafes just around the corner and the whole experience a delight. Being in the First district just a block from the River Seine is just the best. This hotel is in need of a little tlc. It could do with a lick of paint here and there and the room was a tad dark from the small window but wow it is in the perfect place. Literally 3 minutes walk to the lourve, 6 minutes to the banks of the river Seine, 2 minutes to the metro system which can take you everywhere you need to go. The hotel was immaculate, bed was comfy and the bedding and towels were clean and cosy. The room had aircon, a small fridge, small safe, even usb plug chargers, the toiletries were supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Antique hotel which is small but elegant. If you want large rooms it's not for you but this is a very special place and next door to The Ritz.
Would only book on Internet as best value otherwise too expensive!! Breakfast was perfect. Beautiful marble floors. Staff courteous and helpful. Positive comments: the central location of the hotel meant that we were able to get to many places easily, either by walking, using the Metro or bus. The staff helped us with directions and advice on how to get to places.
They helped us find a local laundry to do washing we were on a long trip and hotel laundries are too expensive. After trying other local cafes, the After trying other local cafes, their breakfast was the best value around. Despite all the restaurants nearby, there was no noise at night that disturbed our sleep. We felt it was good value for money. Negative comments: the room is 'compact'. The two of us fitted in OK but it was a tight squeeze. Wouldn't want to be there in summer.
Our stay is great, close to main attractions in walking distant, even our booking said no breakfast but they gave us breakfast inclusive. Room is nice and comfy, only downer is no kettle and not good hair dryer. Our flight was in morning so we have to leave our luggage but staff kind enough to let us early check in cuz we have a baby.

Loved that it is walking distance to the Louvre, to nice shops and restaurants and the Big Bus Tour stop!!! Not a very busy area and each room is unique- like a boutique hotel. Room maybe small BUT that is like most European rooms, and worked best for us since we are just there to sleep. We were out most of our waking hours!

Imagine a small hotel where the staff knows you and not only caters to your every need but anticipates it. Imagine leaving the hotel after check out and they call your cab to come back for what you forgot. Imagine staying in a hotel on a quiet street just one block from a major Avenue. B-W Paris Louvre Opera is where you can live it.
